I have a query that was asked from our study group, and this is from A, and it is relating to understanding self-forgiveness. Do you have any insight to share on how an incarnation can learn to forgive the self of whatever past failings it might have experienced?
Greetings A, we feel your question and we are one with you. This desire to forgive the self comes from a pain, suffering, a holding on or splitting oD. This is pain and is reason enough for forgiveness in and of itself. It calls for your attention, your compassion, your acceptance goes down to the foundation of all things. Just a noticing of this pain, the heartfelt wish for it to be free for another to not have to experience it… this is more than enough to begin this process called forgiveness.

I have another question that someone sent me from our study group. Their name is JH, yes, that is their name, they wanted me to mention their name. They wanted to know what is the difference between worshipping the entity known as Yahweh (and I think they’re referring to Yod-Heh-Shin-Vah-Heh), what is the difference between worshipping that entity and worshipping the One Infinite Creator?
JH we hear your question and we are one with you. At the most fundamental level we would say “there is no difference”. In the true devotion shown to one entity verses another… if this devotion is of supreme quality, then the entity in question is creator. Is this not always so? However, we shall also say that The Creator is manifest in endless myriad variety. Beings – both incarnate and non-incarnate – all having supreme capacity to use their original connection to oneness. To worship, to feel devotion, oneness with the deity being perceived as outside, above, or different than one’s self, is still a powerful and direct practice to reach the creator. And yet creator is beyond what any individual deity one may devote oneself to pray to. But in their essence, they are the same.
It is our hope that this has been of service.
They were also wondering if there is a difference between praying to either entity…
The differences (as always) lie in particular being (some may say distortion / nature) of the individual… and that it is up to each seeker, adept, devotee, worshipper… whatever term one applies to these disciplines of the personality as they are called. It is up to that one to know, to feel, to follow the inner promptings. To discover the way to the earnest truth. Has this clarified somewhat?
Yes, and just my final question on this line: Could you confirm if the entity Yod-Heh-Shin- Vah-Heh is or was with this circle or with myself when we first began opening up to channel?

We see in this instrument’s mind the value of this flower. Although quite beautiful, it has a power behind it that allows it to transmute even your most dense of toxins. We feel that those who are of service may also adopt this manner or being: that the beauty of your light be gentle, be pleasing, but powerful enough to transmute the toxins within and without; that all may be served by being able to breathe easier. Rest in this energetic field of sunflowers with us for a moment. Relieve yourself of any toxins that you may have acquired through your sojourns through the 3D space. I have a question from A in our group, and she is asking what protocol would be most effective for human females to use when using menstrual magic during the ascension process?
We receive sister A’s query and we offer the following: You are all magicians with your words and your thoughts; you can create many beautiful things, or the opposite of many beautiful things. Your intention behind using this biological fluid is what will determine its efficacy and power. We perceive on your world that there are already bodies of information highly specific to how you may use this fluid from your being, and we invite you to consult those magicians of the feminine orientation who have created this information for you. And when you seek out these bodies of information on specific practices listed on your world, we would say to trust your intuitive system on what best works for you. But yes, your intention is what will be the determining factor, and your sincerity, and the purposes that you have for using your biological fluid. For even the best practice will be meaningless if your intention and the purity of purpose has not been gleaned.

I’m okay right now, go ahead…
M who is in our channelling circle a few months ago wished for me to ask about obtaining permission for healing, and I think where this was coming from was… he works in a medical setting and he wants to send energy to his patients, or the people that he’s interacting with. I think there are some Ra sessions or maybe other Confederation messages that talked about getting permission first so you’re not violating anyone’s free will. Could you maybe just talk about if it’s okay that we do send energies to people who we necessarily haven’t asked their permission to send energy to?
We are Aethos and it is of our thought that you may send healing energy to those that you desire to send it to, that this is not a violation of free will… so long as you are not operating with the intent to bypass the individual’s will. As long as you have not set this conscious intention that your energy should bypass their free will system, then it is not a negative action. For even if you should send healing energy, there are layers of the aura of the incarnation that will act as armour if the incarnation is not receptive. So, in this respect you do not have to worry about some healing energy ‘slipping in’ if the incarnation is not receptive. If the incarnation does not desire it, then it will not penetrate.
We would offer the practice of connecting to the mind/body/spirit totality of that incarnation. Endeavour to connect with the highest form of awareness of that incarnation and explain to that incarnation (that incarnation’s higher self), what you wish to do and leave the offering, the gift of energy with the individual’s higher self. This is most beneficial for it gives autonomy to the highest level of the individual to use for the veiled incarnation’s benefit at a time that is most appropriate. And the higher self will naturally know when this moment is.

Yes, and thank you for that clarity and for providing that exercise. Your response has triggered another question: I have read in previous Confederation transcripts; it’s come up this idea of the armour so-to-speak around the aura. There is a Confederation entity who is saying that Andara crystals have the ability to penetrate that armour. I can’t remember exactly how it was worded but it sounded like in using those you could bypass that armour, and perhaps facilitate greater healing… could you comment on that?
We may comment and add that in our estimation it is not healthy to use a crystal or other tool because it will bypass the free will energy system of an incarnation. We do not feel it is balanced to use the Andara for this purpose. For why would you wish to bypass the free will of another incarnation? Or again their systems will reject, and perhaps to a more intense degree if you have pushed passed their defences essentially. In our estimation this borders control, to a subtle degree although we know this is not the intent, but it is not our way.
Are you able to suggest to us a balanced way to work with the Andara crystal for the purposes of healing or otherwise?
We are Aethos, and we offer the practice with a similar angle to connecting to the individual’s higher self. All things have an etheric body that is a mirror to its physical body, and we would share that the practice of forming and attuning to the Andara’s etheric body, and sending that etheric form to the incarnation as a gift, with a gift mentality, with a gift vibration – that is to say you are not controlling the process – you are simply offering, leaving the way open for them to accept or reject. ODer them an etheric form of the Andara and leave it with them, and occasionally bring your awareness back to this etheric imprint that you attuned to, that you sent to them… and that will be enough. If the
incarnation is sensitive, their biological systems will begin to assimilate this energy:
unconsciously, subconsciously, and then consciously.
We will try to use an example: it is akin to applying moisturiser to the skin. If you simply place it on the skin and do nothing, eventually due to the nature of skin it will begin to absorb that material that was placed on top of it in its space. It will take a while, but you will not have to rub. In this same way you may offer the crystal to the individual. This is the work of the adept.
Please… I’m wondering if we want to use an Andara crystal for our own self-healing, how could we best go about doing that?
The practice is not so complex if it is just you. The individual may simply hold the crystal (as they might hold any item for healing), and set the intention to receive. Using visualisation (the tool of the adept) see this energy of the crystal moving to the areas that are most in need of it, and if you are not sure you may project to the crystalline consciousness itself that it should flow where it is needed. Giving it autonomy in this way to work with you is very powerful.
I guess the last thing I’m wondering about, because of its effect in removing that armour… it sounds like we probably shouldn’t just go walking around with it in our pocket. Is that correct?
You cannot be responsible for what the Andara will do of its own accord. You can only safeguard your intentions while holding it. We do not see the Andara crystal as having the mentality of breaking through the armours of other organisms. This may be an aspect of it, but it is not its sole purpose, and it does not think to do this of its own accord. You may keep the crystal on your person; when it is on your person it is with you, bound to you. Others may feel a residual sensation, but it will not be to the effect of piercing the armour of their aura. There is an aspect of intent that activates this faculty within the crystal.
So, I have an Andara that I do like to keep in my pocket; it feels nice in my hand. I’m wondering if it is like other stones, like some stones people carry round for calming, or for energising affects, or to boost their communication or protection. So, I wondered does an Andara have that similar type of baseline particular energetic quality that it is vibrating with when we’re not using it intentionally, when we’re just kind of keeping it in our pockets or on a table or something?
We feel that there is pre-existing knowledge of the Andara crystal’s baseline vibrations already on your world. We would advise seeking that information that has been created on your world. Through our scanning of this crystal, of its matrix, we feel that it is a multi- dimensional stone, that its vibration is fluidity through realms of thought and experience. We perceive that its base layer would be conducive if you are one who is fond of the technique called quantum jumping. If you are an incarnation that practises throughout the day jumping from one layer of reality and experience or timelines, then the Andara’s base layer’s fluidity will assist you; it will make you more like water. This is our perception of the Andara.

I was wondering, you spoke about the effect of the eclipse energies on us and the detox process. I was wondering is this a process that the collective is going to be going through throughout the rest of the year?
We are Aethos, and in our perception (although forgive us for we are not so tuned in to your metrics of time as you experience it), but this is a period of many years in your terms. What has begun will ebb and flow. There will be periods of dormancy to this process, and then it will resume with a vengeance, a good vengeance. Yes, this is a process that spans many years in our view.
That’s clear. Another kind of astrological phenomenon I was curious about… I was researching Saturn in Pisces – because that is a placement that I have, so I’m experiencing my Saturn return – and I saw that the last time that Saturn was in Pisces there was at least two examples of very extreme levels of violence between two cultural groups who I think are connected in a fashion, at least genetically, but for whatever reasons had extreme hatred towards another, and this seems to be mirrored by the conflict between Isreal and Palestine. I’m wondering is this an energy, this conflict between two groups that really share a lot but see each other so differently, is this something that gets brought to the surface by Saturn entering the sign of Pisces, or is this just a coincidental thing?
We are Aethos, and we do not think that coincidences exist. Although these celestial alignments we see are acting as vibrational instigators and agitators, they are not the sole reason for these tumultuous happenings. However, they do exacerbate them and bring intensity to them. A better explanation is that they draw out more of what is already brewing so that it comes to the surface quicker. Sometimes this is a good thing. In the same way that you would draw poison from a wound; you would not want it to remain hidden under the skin. So, these alignments are drawers of that poison. They bring things forward, but we would just share that they are not the direct cause.

We are Aethos and we receive the query of our sister A. Portals in our thoughts are necessary for manifestation. Our understanding (we can use this word) of a portal is the act of making space, making an opening within your reality. And that opening is to allow something desired to come in, but it is also a declaration to the layers of reality that surround you that you are in the process of cultivating something. It is as digging a hole in the soil so that you might plant your seed; you cannot plant your seed in the air, you need a space where it may gather nutrients, so that it can bloom or grow into whatever you desire. This is our view of portals and why they are key to manifestation. For they give you a space with which to intensify and nourish that which you desire. They give you an anchor within space to use for this purpose.
Yes, and I really appreciate that the answer empowers us to not just look to externalise portal situations like astrological events, but our own ability to create our own portals for manifestation. There is another question from J, and she was wondering why would a mind/body/spirit allow themselves to be given something to cut them oD from their soul?
We are Aethos, and we hear our sister J, and we feel her trepidation surrounding this query.
Contrary to the illusion that surrounds us all, we are never given anything that cuts us oD from the One Infinite Creator. The very fact that we have awareness that we have emotion, that we observe and deduce, and communicate… this is proof that we have been imbued with intelligent infinity, that we are intelligent infinity. We are that which we seek. Thus, no matter what a situation, or tool, or individual, or substance may appear to be… it can never cut us oD from what we are. And the proof is that we are. We would offer this thought: to remember that as long as you are aware, as long as you can feel, that is the sign that you are never cut oD.
Now, what you may feel may be pain in one moment, or joy in another. But that proof of emotion of beingness… of the quality of thought, and the state of being alive is proof that you are not cut oD from anything. Now, we will say that the One Infinite Creator loves experience and loves to create all manner of situations and dramas of tragedies and comedies. The One Infinite Creator loves to be and experience everything. So sometimes those experiences will be very contrary to what you perceive as appropriate. But that is to give Intelligent Infinity an expression it has never had before, because it loves facets of the creation process.

We are Aethos and we do see a snapshot of this Blue Moon Temple’s energy. However, the details of when and what layer of the realities of Earth it existed in we cannot pinpoint. We can share however that this temple seemed to be related to the feminine. That there was a veneration of a dark blue stone. That ocean ritual was of value, and that this instrument may be able to glean more specific information through their own remote viewing faculties. This is all we may offer generally.

I had a dream in which I was visiting various step pyramids along a gorgeous body of water, and I woke up with the phrase ‘Blue Moon Temple’ and I wasn’t sure what that was about, so thank you for that clarity. I did find more questions from our group, and this one is from J… He wants to know what you would suggest to help us open our heart in unconditional love on a daily basis?
We thank brother J for this query, and we receive it gladly. The process of opening the heart, it may be helpful to understand that it is a moment-by-moment practice/journey and that the manner of opening the heart will evolve and change as you do, and will be nuanced depending on the environment and the other selves that the incarnation is around.
Cultivating compassion and a sort of understanding of the self’s limitations is the first step to opening the heart. For it softens that psychological armour that often causes those who are veiled to wound themselves based on perceived inadequacies and mistakes. So, the opening of the heart first is by opening it to self-love. If you can learn to be gentle with yourself, learn to have compassion for yourself, learn to understand what breaks your heart and what mends it. This will allow you to perceive what the hearts of others require from you. Self-compassion, self-love, self-acceptance.

Okay, there’s one from L, and it sounds like he’s received a reading that suggested he’s supposed to reach into the higher dimensions and become acquainted to his spirit guides to get information as to how to fulfil his function in this dimension. I guess in this reading it came up that he’s not applying meditations correctly in a way that allows him to reach a high enough vibration to hear his spirit guides. So, he was looking for some insight as to how to apply meditation in such a way that affords him a high vibration so that he can connect meaningfully with hit spirit guides.
We are Aethos, and we receive our brother L’s query, and we would offer the practice of loving/kindness meditations. We perceive that there are meditations on your world specifically for cultivating this mentality and emotional state of loving/kindness. And in our view this loving/kindness vibration is a doorway to connecting to higher density beings, which include the personal guardian system of all incarnations. There are also neurological benefits to a loving/kindness meditation that will assist the physical bodies, and the emotional bodies. So, this is our suggestion: to endeavour for a period of time to make space daily for loving/kindness meditations. And you may set the intention that whenever you are doing these kinds of meditations, that you will receive information from your guardian system. This may be of benefit to any incarnation desiring this kind of contact that has not had success thus far.
Yes, the next one is from J. He asks what does the Confederation recommend for us to do to personally practice the Service to Others Law of One path in our daily lives? And this is someone who… they also have a Law of One group, so I know that they are familiar with the exercises that Ra gave in the initial Ra contact on accelerating your polarity towards the Law of One. So, I guess they are just looking for other suggestions that one could participate in…
We are Aethos, and we receive the query once again from our brother J, and we would say that Service to Others is more a state of being than it is an action-oriented path. That is one facet of it, but that facet (the action-oriented portion) is not as profound as the state with which the heart and mind are in while performing that action. Try to conceptualise that being of service to others is a state maintained within the heart.
It is the vibration of ‘I am here for all, and I have an unlimited supply of whatever my brothers and sisters need’. It is this state of heart-vibration of acceptance of all forms of other-selves: those that oppose you, and those that support you; those that ignore you, and those that give you attention. It is this state that you maintain as you go about your day that “I exist for you, and all that you might need, I am here to supply”. Be that as simple as giving directions, or exercising patience as another self greets you with a less- than-favourable series of words and expressions. In all things, in all interactions with other self, and with the planet, it is this vibration of “I am here to provide, I am here to accept you, and I have all that you need. There is no amount of patience, there is no amount of love, there is no limitation to any of that. I have it all within me and I have it here for you”.
This is the Service to Others state that you may cultivate, that you may stay in as you go about your day… and this will greatly intensify even the smallest of actions that you take in your service-to-others path.

So, I will just read you the comment and just ask what your comment to this might be: Ashley had shared a quote from Ra in the group that says: ‘All that assaults your senses is catalyst’. And there is a gentleman that replies to this post that says: “What doesn’t assault the senses? Everything is an outward distraction, it is mind that does this – for what end? This is what needs to be done now, follow where attention goes. Interested in your opinion because quite frankly, I don’t trust myself. I trust spirit though; this is my saving grace”.
We are Aethos and we would say that the incarnative experience by design is to provide certain types of flavours of growth to a spark of The One Infinite Creator. The mind of a veiled organism experiencing 3rd density is not supposed to, shall we say, ‘have it all figured out’. It is this nature of not having it all figured out, of not trusting the self, that provides those flavours of growth and experience, and that is what The One Infinite Creator desires. This incarnation trusts spirit but not mind… and therein lies the beauty of this experience of 3rd density for the human species. For there is no difference between mind and spirit really. But because you have a unique veiled experience, that friction, that tension beautifully provides a catalytic agent for certain wisdoms and understandings to come later.
Why is all that assaults the senses catalyst? Well, catalyst is that which causes movement or change. Ra is being very balanced in this statement. For catalyst can be experienced positively or negatively. So, we concur with the statement that all that assaults the senses is catalytic in nature because it causes growth and a certain flavour of experience that adds to The One Infinite Creator. And we make space for and accept the dualistic conflict that 3rd density beings experience with a mind versus spirit duality, and we acknowledge the wisdom that such a friction will bring in the end.
No, I think that was perfect. Looking for other questions I guess had another one sparked for me by an old post I had made in our group. In trying to understand the addition of the word ‘Shin’ in the entity Yod-Heh-Shin-Vah-Heh’s name, I came across a session where Quo said that Shin indicates Christ consciousness. And in my studies of Kabalistic materials, I learned that Shin in Hebrew literally means ‘tooth’ and that it is a fire energy, in the way that prana or Qi can be seen as fire, and that it’s also a purifying fire that burns away the ‘gross’ and leaves the ‘pure’. So, I was wondering with that material that I had found, how exactly… I’m ultimately wondering what [is it] about the word Shin indicates Christ consciousness?
We are Aethos and in our view Christ consciousness has an expression of illumination that is comparable to your solar body. It has this aspect of intensity and symbolically, that which is of a bright and intense light can be seen to be as a flame. The light of Christ is a divine fire, it is like the Sun. Although, your sun takes fire to a new level that is more plasmic in nature. We would say it is another form of fore though. This is the comparison that we perceive, that the light of Christ is as a fire.
Would repetition of that word Shin, as like a mantra, or intonation of it – as we intone Divine names in our rituals – would using that word in such a way help us to further embody Christ consciousness, or connect with Christ consciousness?
In our view the embodying and the intensifying of Christ consciousness with ‘Shin’ is more beneficial if focus is applied to the heart and to feelings of unconditional love to the most intense degree that you can muster… rather than just an image of divine fire alone. It should be combined with this emotional aspect of love. This, in our view would be more powerful, more healthy. For unconditional love and acceptance is the foundation of Christ consciousness. So, if you combine this emotional state with the etheric symbology that is a divine fire, you will have a good experience.
Awesome, and the way that the channel has pronounced the word as ‘Sheen’ – is this the more accurate way as pronouncing the word?
We do not feel that we are qualified to answer this query. For we acknowledge that every incarnation is unique, and certain pronunciations will resonate with certain aspects of the unconscious mind; it will be different for each individual. But for this instrument, this pronunciation caused a stirring in the heart centre. But it may be different for other incarnations.
Understood, I just want to thank you for that wonderful exercise that you just gave for us. I’m really excited to apply that. I think this is going to be my last question: I’m just kind of curious about the nature of the entity Yod-Heh-Shin-Vah-Heh because it sounds like they’re not an extraterrestrial civilisation. They have been described as angelic, but it sounds like they’re not actually Angels. The most description we’ve really got, I think from Quo, was that they’re inner-plane entities associated with our Sun. Are you able to perhaps clarify some of my confusion as to the nature of this entity?

Could you describe the nature of the entity Yod-Heh-Shin-Vah-Heh in a way that may help me or anyone that sees the transcript have a somewhat accurate idea of the types of beings they are. Because we are used to connecting to extraterrestrial social memory complexes and I think we all have a good idea what that is. We have a somewhat of an understanding of what angels and archangels are. But from my readings it sounds like the entity Yod-Heh-Shin-Vah-Heh does not fall under [any] of those categories, and because they don’t I have confusion on understanding their nature and who they are as consciousnesses, and that’s just something I’d like clarity on.
We are Aethos and we receive the query. It may be difficult to conceptualise the variety of creations within your Logoic system, but we would say they are vast and varied. Just as there are organisms on your planet that are unlike anything evert experienced. For example, your very, very deep sea creatures that have evolved without light or warmth into many complex and hybridised forms… we would say this also applies to your concept of the inner planes. There exist beings that are not quite extraterrestrial (as you use this term), and not quite angelic (as you use this term). But we wish to share the concept that it is less about an extraterrestrial and an angelic nature, and more about a form that is less densified or actualised in third, fourth, or fifth density. And one that is not so distant from the spiritual planes. Yod-Heh-Shin-Vah-Heh is spiritually, etherically, and biologically of a hybridised nature. We are trying to conceptualise this for the instrument…
They’re not quite physical (in the extraterrestrial sense of being a being that exists in trans- dimensional spaces, but that can possess a physical form as some point in a civilisation and a home world). And they’re not quite angelic (in this sense of never having known an incarnative process). But they have not had a home world, they have not had a planet with a civilisation. They are in-between; a unique creation, though not the only ones.
We will do our best to provide more clarity on this, if you desire?

For example, a half human / half angel. Think about this form of the body of a Homosapien and the body of an angelic, purely angelic being… fused. One half and the other half. Think about the differences that the Homosapien side has (remember they are joined in the middle). Think about the Homosapien experience and expression, this concept of emotion, this concept of densifying in some form, this type of mental and emotional experience of the Homosapien as a collective, of having experiences and a world. And now bring your awareness to the angelic being – the other half.
Feel the difference between those two. How their experiences are, what an angel is tasked with, what an angel does, how it grows (its tract of growth is not the same as the Homosapien). Its expression of emotion doesn’t have nearly the same range; its consciousness is different, because its vantage point is different. It is elevated. Therefore, it might inform the Homosapien side of what to do, but there may be difficulty in this. For it cannot see from its elevated position how that might affect the Homosapien side. How that might trigger certain events if that other side takes that action instigated by this higher unveiled view.
The union of these two aspects of a being (and we don’t mean exclusively Homosapien or exclusively angel – we are referring to certain concepts, and energies, and aspects of living). Think about these two, combined. And you would have Yod-Heh-Shin-Vah-Heh.

Ah, so I’m wondering… I guess a couple of things but if they felt the description was barbarous. What about the description did they feel was barbarous?
To better-assist the instrument we projected a rather vivid view of your most archaic Homosapien form cut down the middle and sewed together from skull to foot with an angelic being. It has a ‘Frankenstein’ appearance, but this instrument was able to understand our concept better because of its vividness and its intensity. Though to see it… it would be quite barbaric. We mean visually. Though we do acknowledge that the concepts that we express might be better expressed in the future.
